Ebecho Muslimova | Artists Against the Bomb | ICAN

Group Show

4 August - 31 AUGUST 2025

ARTISTS AGAINST THE BOMB is a series of posters that advocates for universal nuclear disarmament. It comprises more than 200 historical and newly commissioned works that constitute a cultural history of disarmament movements, featuring works by artists, musicians, writers, and activists.

It is organized by Estudio Pedro Reyes in collaboration with ICAN, the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, winners of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize for developing the United Nations Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW).

Geneva hosted the latest Artists Against the Bomb exhibition [31.07.-27.08.2025], commemorating 80 years of nuclear terror: the obliteration of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the devastation of First Nations territories in Alamogordo, and the extractivism in Congo.

In collaboration with ICAN (@nuclearban), we welcomed activists and diplomats from Laos, Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Ireland, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Kyrgyzstan, Samoa, Mexico and organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross.
